Weekly classes are held on Thursday evenings at Perranwell Centre

    Yin Yoga               19h30 - 20h30

Please wear clothes that allow for comfortable movement, and bring your own mat or contact Candice in advance if you would like to borrow one.

If you plan to join for a Yin class, you may like to bring a blanket to cover yourself during the final relaxation!

Vinyasa Flow

Thursdays 18h00 - 19h00


An energetic class including pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (postures). Playful sequences, connecting movements with breath to create a moving meditation- great for the mind and body!

Yin Yoga

Thursdays 19h30 - 20h30

A slow, calming practice incorporating long and deep stretches (holding each pose for 3-5 minutes), to achieve relaxation of the body and stillness of mind. Great for stress relief and to facilitate sleep.
