Vinyasa Flow

Wednesdays 18h00 - 19h00


An energetic class including pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (postures). Playful sequences, connecting movements with breath to create a moving meditation- great for the mind and body!

Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 19h30 - 20h30

A slow, calming practice incorporating long and deep stretches (holding each pose for 3-5 minutes), to achieve relaxation of the body and stillness of mind. Great for stress relief and to facilitate sleep.
