Classes

Candice offers a range of yoga classes - each tailor made to suit the needs of the individual or group! Whether you'd like to try yoga for the first time, progress your own practice, or include a yoga session in your special event, Candice will endeavour to provide you with a session that leaves you feeling happier and healthier!

Sessions will be pitched as necessary to match the skill levels of the yogi/ yogini or group, with options for modifications in each posture (remember- you don't arrive at your first class skilled- it's a journey for everyone!). Sessions may include asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness meditation and gentle massage. Candice offers the following styles:

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow

Yin Yoga

Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga

Linking each breath with a movement- a dynamic sequence based on Pattabhi Jois' Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series- adapted to ensure accessibility for all!

Playful sequences, connecting movements with breath and flowing rhythmically through the session.

Relaxing sessions focussing on deep stretches, holding each pose for 3-5 minutes. Yin facilitates not only relaxation of the body but also stillness of the mind. Great for stress relief and sleep.

Yoga sessions tailored to those who are expecting or who have little humans in their life! A great way to connect with your baby and move confidently while you adjust to your changing body and mind.
